Rules
1. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: From 3:00 PM or 4:00 PM (as stated in the booking confirmation).
Check-out: No later than 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, or 12:00 PM (as specified in the booking confirmation).
A later departure is only possible with the express consent of the landlord.
Guests who check out late or delay the cleaning process are liable for all resulting costs and expenses.
2. Local Reservations
Guests are not permitted to make reservations within their place of residence.
If you wish to book within your place of residence, please contact us in advance.
3. Smoking / Parties / Noise
Smoking inside the apartment, on balconies, or in communal areas is strictly prohibited.
Parties and excessive noise are not allowed in the apartment, on balconies, or in public areas (e.g., terrace).
Violation of the smoking ban will result in a contractual penalty of 1000 EUR. Additionally, the guest will bear the costs of special cleaning and repair measures to remove smoke damage.
Violations may lead to the immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.
4. Commercial Photos/Videos
Commercial photography or videography is prohibited without prior written consent from the landlord.
Illegal activities within the apartment are strictly forbidden.
5. Unauthorized Guests
Guests exceeding the number stated in the booking are not allowed.
A charge of 30 EUR per night will be applied for each unauthorized guest.
Transferring the apartment to third parties is not permitted without the landlord’s approval.
6. Pets
Pets are only allowed with prior approval and for an additional fee.
Violations of this rule will result in an additional cleaning fee of 150 EUR.
Guests with assistance animals are kindly requested to contact us prior to their stay.
7. Lost Keys and Transponders
Guests are liable for the loss of keys, key cards, remote controls, or parking permits.
For the loss of a Smartlock transponder, a fee of 20 EUR per transponder will apply.
If a house or apartment key is lost, the guest will bear the cost of replacing the lock including replacement keys.
8. Noise Level & Security
The apartments are equipped with noise monitoring systems to detect excessive volume levels.
Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.
9. Damage and Loss
Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss in the apartment that occurs during their stay.
Any damage must be reported to customer service immediately.
Rearranging furniture or unauthorized use of furnishings may result in additional cleaning or repair costs.
10. Forgotten Items
Forgotten items can be returned to the guest upon request.
A handling fee of 15 EUR per item plus shipping costs will apply.
Items will only be shipped after receipt of payment and may take up to 21 days.
11. Compliance with House Rules
Booking a reservation constitutes acceptance of these house rules.
Guests who violate the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
Failure to comply with the house rules may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.
