From the parking lot in front of the house it is only a few steps to the own, separate entrance of the apartment.
You can expect an 82 square meter penthouse-like living concept with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen.
You can start your day with delicious coffee or tea and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment, including the quiet roof terrace with a spacious seating area for 6 people and a barbecue.
All bedrooms have comfortable double beds, both have a workstation with 32 inch monitor, which is also a smart TV with Disney Plus.
There is also a docking station in each room, which is compatible for MAC, Windows and all common operating systems.
Of course you will find keyboard and mouse here. In the open living room you will find a comfortable seating area with a sofa, armchairs, large Smart TV and surround system.
The kitchen is of course fully equipped with stove, large fridge / freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and everything else you need to cook delicious.
Afterwards you will find a large dining area for 6 people and a wet bar, which invites you to linger.
The daylight bathroom is equipped with a XXL rainshower as well as a washer-dryer, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack.
